Thomas Gillis

To the Gillis family;
My heart breaks to hear of "Doc's" passing. I only wish we could have been closer and known each other better over the years. Life is too short, and certainly Doc did not get the years I am know he deserved. As my older cousin I always looked up to Doc. I can remember him playing epic tennis matches with Ricky Weiss at the Pine Orchard Club. My deepest sympathy goes out to his immediate family, I can only imagine the heartbreak they must feel losing a Father like Doc. My deepest sympathies as well go out to his family here in Ct. We all grew up together even though we have drifted apart in these latter years, but that does not take the pain from my heart, losing my cousin "Doc" in the prime of his life. May God Bless you Doc, and have a plan we do not understand, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and my memories will always be fond. ~ Thomas Gillis
