TRACEY KIPPUR Obituary

KIPPUR, TRACEY Tracey Kippur, 57, died peacefully on July 7 at her home in Milford, with her devoted husband, Brett, and loving family and friends by her side. Tracey fought an incredibly valiant battle against her illness for two years. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Brett Kippur; mother Monica Farrell Polino; sisters Laurie (David) Tomei and Jennifer Polino (Greg Devlin); brothers Joe Polino and Adam Polino; brother-in-law J. Marc Kippur; nieces Michelle (Scott) Sokolowski, Lindsay Kippur and Katherine Kippur; nephew Jeffrey Kippur; and great-nephew Colton Sokolowski. She also leaves her much-loved German Shepherd, Lucca. Tracey was preceded in death by her father Dr. Joseph Polino. Tracey was a devout Catholic, and always expressed her kind-hearted spirit in so many ways to family, friends and strangers alike. She was an extraordinary wife to Brett, a loving friend to so many, and the best daughter, sister and aunt anyone could ask for. Tracey was a true entrepreneur along with her husband Brett, owning a number of businesses over the years. Her hobbies included traveling, gardening, and reading. Her passions were cooking and helping people. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the IOVANNE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 11 Wooster Place in New Haven. A service and celebration of her life will be held at St. Agnes Church, 400 Merwin Avenue in Milford on Monday, July 11 at 10:30 in the morning. Friends are asked to meet at Church on Monday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Beth-El Center, 90 New Haven Avenue in Milford, CT 06460, or the charity of your choice. Tracey was an extraordinary person who was loved by all she had contact with. She would go above and beyond to help someone in need without even being asked too. I will never forget her warm and loving smile! She will live in our hearts forever. I will never forget her when my brother passed and how kind and caring she was to me. She will never be forgotten.
