Tracey Russell Obituary
Tracey E. Goodrun/Lewis Russell, 56, of Waterbury, CT, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. She was born in Stamford, CT on February 25, 1965. Tracey graduated from West Haven High School in 1983. She was employed as a data entry specialist with Macy's.
Tracey leaves behind her husband of 24 years, Jethro G. Russell; stepdaughter, Alaysha Russell; father, Lemore Goodrun; brother, Noel B. Lewis; sisters, Lenore Lewis-(Milton) Foreman and Chelsea V. Hawkes Badgett; uncle, Leonard Branch; nieces and nephews, Abrian J. Foreman, Aleeyca J. Foreman, Noel Lewis, Jr., Brian Lewis, Ian Lewis, Lauren Lewis, Braylynn Melodie-Sky Pimental, Elise Badgett, Christina Goodrun, and Vanessa Goodrun; and a host of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Verdell V. Hawkes; stepfather, Roy Hawkes; grandparents, Annie L Brayboy Branch, Dupree Branch, and Evelyn Goodrun; uncles, Nathaniel Epps, Jake Epps, and Robert Epps.
We will miss her laughter, silliness, give it to you straight attitude along with her open and always charitable heart. Tracey's big, beautiful smile will forever be missed.
A celebration of Tracey's life will take place Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06511.
