Troy Moore Obituary
Troy Denell Moore, 49, departed this life on February 25, 2018. He was born April 23, 1968 in New Haven, CT, to Nummie Ruth and the late Lenwood Earl Moore, Sr.
Troy was educated in the New Haven School system. He was later employed as a crossing guard at Edgewood School and as a tow motor operator at Goodwill Industries. He also did side jobs as a painter.
He was an affectionate, caring, humble, sweet spirited and loving person. Troy also loved spending time with his family and friends.
Troy leaves to cherish his memories, mother Nummie Ruth Moore of New Haven, CT; three brothers: Clifton Hardy of Fort Barnwell, NC, Gregory (Ramona) Moore of New Haven, CT and Michael (Larease) Moore of Perry Hall, MD; three sisters: Darlene (George) Gost of Branford, CT, Diane Brown of West Haven, CT and Audrey Moore of New Haven, CT; and a host of relatives, and friends.
In addition to his father, Troy was predeceased by two brothers: Lenwood Earl Jr. and Rickie Moore; and one niece: Candace C. Brown.
A ceremony of celebration will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in the McClam Funeral Home Chapel, 95 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT. Calling hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be private. Services of comfort entrusted to McClam Funeral Home, 95 Dixwell Ave, New Haven CT, 06511.
