So sad to hear of Billy's passing,he was a wonderful man.I remember how he would have the girls !Danielle and Heather, in stitches. Heather loved him very much and loved his teasing! To the Teodoro family -
Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your husband, father and grandfather. I knew Billy for a long time and everyone is right. He always had you laughing. I worked with Billy in the New Haven Police Department and had the pleasure of having him on an off duty ride-along with me before he became a cop. I'll never forget his enthusiasm. You all know where the nickname came from. It lasted as a term of endearment. He was a good person and friend, who seemed to know everybody in the universe. I'm sure he'll find a lot of friends waiting for him. Be Proud of him.

Our hearts broke upon hearing of your passing. You fought a long battle. We loved you very much. Your sense of humor kept all of us laughing.
