Douglas Mullen Obituary
Douglas is survived by his parents, Patricia and Douglas Mullen, of Sparta; his brothers, Brian Mullen and his wife, Lisa, of Corinith, Texas, and Christopher Mullen, of Sparta; his nephew, Tristan; his niece, Isabelle; grandparents, Robert and Eleanor Sweeney, of Chester; his girlfriend of 17 years, Pamela Sterzer; his aunts, Carol Holly, of Palm Beach, Fla., Kathleen Juleous and her husband, Allan, of Roxbury, and Beth Mullen and her husband, Michael, of Kinnelon; uncles, Robert Sweeney, of Pennsylvania, and Barry Mullen and his wife, Sherry, of Bellingham, Wash.; his cousins, Dana, Steven, Shane, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Jonathan, Nathan, Kyle, Bryane, Tyler, Travis, Trevor, Trent, Tanner, Justin, Jake, and many more cousins.
Visitation is Wednesday, June 27, 2018, from 3 to 7:30 p.m., at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com), with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to Izzy's Place Senior Dog Rescue ([email protected]).

I am so saddened and shocked by this terrible news. I attended school with Doug from grade school through high school. He was sensitive and sweet and kind- so so kind to everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I cannot imagine the heartbreak they're all going through. So very sorry for your loss.

Growing up with Doug for many years in Sparta, from Helen Morgan School through Sparta High, I honestly can't think of a time he didn't have a smile on his face. That's all you need to know; he was a kind, happy guy and a friend to everyone. Such a terrible loss. He and his family will be in my prayers. God bless.
