Joseph P. Bicsak

FRANKLIN - Joseph P. Bicsak, 73, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.

Born in Franklin, he was the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth (Toth) Bicsak. Mr. Bicsak had been a lifelong resident of Franklin. For 44 years he was self-employed and the owner of J.P.B. Trucking in Franklin. In his younger years he enjoyed the time he spent working as a dairy farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Martin; a sister, Julie Kress; and a nephew, Alex Kalamar. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Nancy (Youngs) Bicsak, of Franklin; daughters, Nicole Bicsak, of Odgensburg, and Sandra Grimm, of Franklin; a brother, Paul Bicsak and his wife, Carol, of Hamburg; and a sister, Mary Kalamar, of Franklin. He also is survived by grandchildren, Daniel Grimm and his wife, Laura, Heather Grimm, Eric Martin, and Julia Martin; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Tessa Grimm; along with nieces and nephews, Noamia Kalamar, Vincent and Nicholas Tucci, Karen Paul and Brian Bicsak.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 19, at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main St., Franklin. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Franklin. Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
