Sandra Cicoria

VERNON - Sandra Cicoria, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 4, surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
Sandra was raised in West New York. She was predeceased by her loving parents, the late Agnes (Del Vecchio) and Vincent Scales, and her brother, Ronald Cecchini. She lived in Brick Township, Hillsdale and Park Ridge before moving to the Highland Lakes section of Vernon in 1975.
She was a surgical technician for 28 years at the Alberto and Cho Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Group in Vernon.
Sandra was blessed with a loving family. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Cicoria, and was the devoted and loving mother of Nicole Fornari, and cherished grandmother of Gianna and Anthony. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Her happiness in life was surrounding herself with her family. They were the most important part of her life. She will be deeply missed by all of her friends, family and all that knew her.
Relatives and friends will be received at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94, Vernon (GPS use 1 Vanderhoof Court), on Friday, Dec. 8, from 3-7 p.m. The family will gather at the funeral home on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 9:30 a.m., for an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial Service at St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church, Vernon. Committal and interment service at George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carol G.
