Jeffrey Jonathon Brown

1954 - 2022

Jeffrey Jonathon Brown, 68 of Bridgewater, New Jersey passed away surrounded by family via phone and his girlfriend Dwanda. Jeff lived in the Edgebrook Section of New Brunswick and later moved to Bridgewater Township. Jeff worked in the family business at Howard Johnsons Restaurant and Motor Lodge on Route 22 in North Plainfield, New Jersey. Jeff worked in maintenance, carpentry and was exceptionally good and meticulous with landscaping. He was funny and smart with lots of good friends from Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School and from the neighborhood. After High School he moved to Mississippi where he worked as an apartment superintendent. He loved motorcycles and was very good at billiards and table tennis. Jeff's favorite time of year was Christmas time and he enjoyed giving gifts to family and friends. Jeff is survived by his brothers Douglas Brown and Peter Brown, his sister Ginny Brown, nephews, James Brown, David Brown, nieces, Jill Brown, Amy Brown, Sarah Brown, Shirley Brown, Helen Brown, Maryann Brown. Jeff is predeceased by his parents Fred Brown, Helen Brown, brother Richard Brown.
