Just finding out my best friend in life went to heaven. It was always Dale, me, Mike, and Rick, Artie. We drove Dales road runner everywhere. We went to visit him when he finished basic training. I have so many memories of Dale and the family, I remember running into Dink when I was working as a Diver in the Tri-City. Dale never had any enemies. I loved him so much and would do anything for him..He got me so drunk at my bachelor party. Well he is up in heaven watching over all of us. God bless you all..

In this middle pic of my family, many things were going on. My Brother, my Dad, & myself were very upset that day. My Dad had us do a family photo because of Dales 1-A order. I was in trouble during this photo session because we were supposed to stand in age order. I would not comply! I would only stand next to my Big Brother!

Dale was my Big Brother..my Only Brother. He was my Hero growing up. And also the Only one who could Pound the crap out of me! In 1972, I was 16, Dale was Drafted the Vietnam. He was 1-A That means You´re Going! So my Dad, Dale, my Gramma Jurgens, & me, drove Dale to Fort Ord California. I asked my Dad if I could drive, NO he said, thank God Gramma was with us! So I drove us all the way from Ellensburg to Calif. There were 10,000 men drafted in Dales group. After basic, they all got to take a test..an intelligence test! Thank God my Brother IS so damn smart! Out of 10,000, 3 PASSED! My Brother got TOP score!
That is how he got the offer to Either go to Vietnam for 3 yr or Go Guard the White House with The Honor Guard for 4 yrs. My Brother buried 3 Presidents! He became a Sergeant! Again my Brother was my HERO!
I LOVE YOU DALE!
I WILL MISS YOU FOR ALL OF MY DAYS!
I can´t wait to join You & My Big Sister Gail!!
I´m just not sure how I´m supposed to live without you both!
HURTS!
See you soon Big Brother!

Dale was always a leader of the class of 1970. As well as important part of University Auto. He will be missed by both.

He always had a happy smile and remembered people (me) after not running into him for a long time. He was definitely a bright spot in this world!

Kathy and family,

I was so sad to hear about Dale!!
I have been remembering all the great times we had way back when when the guys were playing softball. A lot of time we spent together.

What I remember most was Dale's smile and how he was always laughing. He made get togethers truly fun!

Know you have been in my thoughts and prayers and am sending hugs your way.
