Almost 22 years ago we moved next door. From the start we hit it off. She always said I was the little sister she always wanted. She treated me that way. She treated everyone that way until you crossed her. She was kind, giving, loving. She took care of me when I needed it, and I took care of her. She'd called call me and say not to stop for dinner, she had dinner ready or asked me to stop and pick up Wendy's. She loved kids. My granddaughter call her Grammy Debbie. She will be missed in the neighborhood. Pam, Brian, Tracy, and little Ruby Phillips
