Kathleen Kanet Obituary
Kathleen Kanet, beloved wife of Philip Joseph Kanet, devoted mother of Kristina and Philip. Survived by her proudest joys in life - her 4 grandsons, Blake & Logan King and Harper & Crosby Kanet. Dear sister of JoAnn Simon, Connie Hollander, Donna Gulino, Robert, Ronald, Michael, and the late Thomas Bryson and Judith Caliguri. Departed December 20, 2017. Kathleen dedicated more than 30 years to her career at Good Samaritan Hospital, but is best remembered for her fierce commitment to her family. Visitation Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Immaculata Church in Mt. Adams. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathleen's name to the SPCA or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Condolences may be expressed at: GilliganFuneralHomes.com.

Aunt Kathy was such a good listener, always loving, and often funny. She will be greatly missed. Big hugs to the family, especially Butch. She's still supporting everyone, from another realm.

We are so sorry to hear about Kathy!!! Our love and prayers are with her family and friends. She was such a beautiful person, full of love for everyone and always had a great laugh. May you find some peace knowing that she is in Heaven with her family. So sad and heartbreaking when our love ones leave us. God Bless all of you!!

Dear Phil, Kristina and Phil Jr.,
My heart , love and prayers are with all of you at this most difficult time.
There are no words to take away the heartache and pain but remembering all the good times will help you to get through.
Kathy was such fun and had such a beautiful contagious laugh.
She would just light up every time she would speak of her grandchildren.
She will definitely be missed but the kids and memories will always be there.
All are in my deepest thoughts and prayers.
