Ruth Schaub

Florence - Ruth Carolyn Schaub, age 79, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Ruth will be remembered as a person who always found great joy in life and always kept a smile. She was born June 5, 1939 in Covington to the late Elmer and Helen Schaub. She was the dear sister of the late Richard Schaub Sr. and Jimmy Schaub. She leaves behind her nephews; Kenneth Schaub, Steve Schaub, Herbert Crockett, Howard Crockett, Richard Schaub Jr, and Phillip Schaub and nieces; Nancy Schaub Snodgrass, Judy Schaub, Georgiann Schrepfer, Connie Beiting, and Vickie Richards; and many cousins whom she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her nephew, Thomas Schaub and niece, Starlene Kaeppel. She also leaves behind many dear friends at Redwood and at the Volunteers of America. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Homes, 7500 US Hwy 42 Florence, KY 41042. Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment at Evergreen Cemetery, in Southgate, KY. Memorials are suggested to: Redwood 71 Orphanage Road, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017 or the Volunteers of America 11 Girard Road, Florence, KY 41042.
