ELSMERE-Samantha "Sammy Jo" Milburn, 29, passed away Sunday July 30, 2017 at her residence in Elsmere. She was preceded in death by her mother Tina Meyers. Survivors include her son Jayce, daughter Kaylee, father Tim Meyers, Aunts Judy and Connie Milburn, Freida Patrick, Uncles Jeff, Dennis, Marvin, Timmy and Randy Milburn, grandparents Jo and Leo Stewart and companion Reggie Pitts. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 8, 2017 from 10am to 11am with funeral services to follow at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington. Memorials can be made to the Samantha Milburn Memorial Fund c/o any U.S. Bank. Online condolences can be sent at www.serenityfuneralcare.com
