Alfred Cobb Obituary

COBB Alfred Manuel "Chief" Cobb, a retired Navy Chief with 23 years of service, passed away Friday, February 18, 2011. He was born February 28, 1938 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Lawrence M. and Lucy Ornallas Cobb and has been a resident of Bush, LA since 1978. The beloved husband of the late Rita Tusa Cobb. He is survived by two daughters: Jeanne A. Nash, her husband Richard W. Nash and Kim F. Cobb-Cain, her husband Thomas F. Cain, Jr.; one son, Brian K. Cobb; one brother, Howard Pryor; and four granddaughters: Samantha L. Alb, her husband William Alb, Theresa A. Nash, Rita M. Cain and Tammie M. Cain. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 21, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin Monday at 1:00 PM. Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens will immediately follow services. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org or by calling (800) 227-2345. Please sign the family guestbook on-line at www.ejfieldingfh.com.
