Alice Jones

Alice Jones passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 92. She is survived by her only child daughter Myrtle Ann Wheeler and three loving grandchildren: Cyril Ash, Janel Wheeler and Brian Wheeler. Alice is also survived by four great-grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Willie and Alice Scudder Jones, and her siblings: Charity Haynes, Eldora Haskins, Bessie Berry and Willie Jones Jr. Family and friends are invited to the Celebration of Life Services on Saturday, June 18, 2022 for 10:00 a.m. at Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 400 Norman Mayer, New Orleans, LA 70122. Due to Covid-19, the family requests that all attendees wear a face mask.
