Alva Parks "Bobbie" Hebert

Alva "Bobbie" Parks Hebert passed away on August 26, 2015 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of 63 years to Leo Hebert. Mother of Kenneth Herrmann. Sister of Shirley Trombatore and Helen Parks. Daughter of the late Velma Doiron Parks and Hector Parks. Grandmother of Dustin Herrmann (Lynn). Great-grandmother of Ryan, Tori and Julyan Herrmann. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Bobbie retired from Continental Can Co. and was a member of the Marrero Senior Center. She loved to help decorate the Senior Center for various functions and seasons and enjoyed attending the functions at the Banter Fraternity Home in Westwego. Bobbie also enjoyed working in her garden and spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Passages Hospice and Ochsner Westbank I.C.U. for their care and compassion. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
