Amelia Herrmann Obituary

HERRMANN Amelia Graf Herrmann, a native and former resident of New Orleans and Slidell for the past 24 years, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2005, at Shady Oaks Personal Health Care in Carriere, MS. She was 89 years of age. Beloved wife of the late John Paul Herrmann, Sr. Mother of Dorothy Herrmann Champagne, Joy Herrmann Gallois and the late John Paul Herrmann, Jr. Mother-in-law of Ray T. Gallois, Patricia Herrmann and the late Wendell P. Champagne, Sr. Daughter of the late Charles F. Graf, Sr. and Josephine Nehlig. Sister of Elenora Graf Loetzerich and the late Charles F. Graf, Jr., Theo W. Graf, Beulah Graf Bayhi and Juanita Graf Leiding. Grandmother of Wendy L. Gallois Quinlan, Wendell P. Champagne, Jr., Keith Rene' Gallois and the late Lorie Ann Champagne. Great grandmother of Brittany Lynn Quinlan, Brandon Lee Quinlan, Bethany Lauren Quinlan, Ethan Rene' Gallois, Erica Lauren Champagne, Leigh Ann Champagne and Steven Paul Champagne. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Billy Galloway and Rev. Bob Russell will both be officiating. Interment will follow in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Arrangements by Honaker Funeral Home, Inc., Slidell, LA.
