Austin was called home by his heavenly father on December 13, 2017 at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Angelina Roundtree along with younger brother Thomas. Austin leaves behind his life partner and best friend of 43 years, Ray Allen, loving father of Theresa Theobold (Mike) and Lisa Long (Jeff). Dad u fought a ruff battle, stents, heart attacks, back surgeries, a stroke, and lung cancer. U buried your dad, mom, and brother before their time. U bounced back from all of this n became stronger to fight the ending fight. Now, it has come to be your time to have eternal life rest with grandpa, grandma, and uncle Tommy, for the family reunion you spoke of so many times. U will be sadly missed at every event, holiday, in general every day. We will be reunited with both you and mom someday when we are called home. Til we are together again please, both of you be our guiding force, our guardian angels n protect our families. Love and miss you Theresa(Resa). RIP DAD

Even though I met Austin only once. I knew then that he was a kind and special person.
My deepest sympathy and sorry.

Austin had a zest for life & enjoyed each day. Even when he was very ill, he managed a smile. He once told me that his mission in life was to make others laugh. I feel he succeeded. He is at peace, but loved ones are left to grieve. I pray for each of you especially Ray, Resa & Lisa & families.May your love of each other & your faith help you through these sad times. love, Aunt Rosie
