Mama Lafeyette as I affectionately called you. So gracious , dignified, reverent in behavior, of sincere faith, one to teach what is good and train younger women to live respectful, pure, Godly lives. That is who you were to me.
You touched the lives of many. And in that number you included me. You were like a mother to me, as well as, a true friend. Most of all you were my sister in Christ. Ive been blessed by your kindness and your direction during this spiritual journey.
Even though I did not always feel worthy of your unconditional love, thank you for choosing to me... Thank you for always being there for me.
But I know you are smiling now because God has called home another saint.

Once again our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. Sending our love, prayers and condolences to my family. Beese (as she was affectionately called), was always there for her family especially for such a time as this. It is so unfortunate that we're not able to be with our family during this difficult time. We want you to know that God has chosen a beautiful rose to place in his garden. Auntie Beese, you were an awesome woman of God and Im still in disbelief that youre no longer with us. It just seems like you were swept away without us being able to say farewell. I do have peace and assurance knowing that Ill see you again in Heaven one day. Just know that you will be deeply missed by so many. Whos going to call everyone now for their birthdays. You did so every year without failure. If you couldnt reach us, youd track us down until you said happy birthday. I can still hear your voice when youd call looking for my Mom after she did not answer her phone at home. Youd say Hey Tunja wheres your Momma? Id laugh and say, Im not sure but Ill text and let her know youre calling. To know youll never call me again to say hello or call my Mom, breaks my heart. Auntie Beese, we love you and always will. Until we meet again my dear Auntie I Love You!!

What can I say about this woman of God? She is my mom. She took me and my brothers in and loved us like her own. She made me the woman and mother that I am. Had she not been tough on me, God only knows where and what I'd be. She instilled manners, respect, love, appreciation and most of all education on and in me. God put me under her watch for a reason even though I didn't understand why back then. I had a lot of questions but now through this pandemic, I see things clearer now. I will forever love you and be grateful that God gave ME to YOU and YOU to ME. Nothing or nobody will ever take your place. The Great Matriarch and first Queen B. God has his Angel back! #Perfection
