Brandon Simmons Obituary

SIMMONS Brandon Joel Simmons, age a 24 a native and resident of New Orleans, La, passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2013, after a long illness. Brandon was a graduate of John Ehret High School and attended Delgado Community College. At the time of his passing he was an employee of the Jefferson Parish Drainage Dept. Brandon was the Minister of Music and a member of The Word of Deliverance (WOD) Outreach Ministry. Former minister of music at Tabernacle of Prayer Ministries, Firehouse Full Gospel Ministry, New Wine Christian Fellowship Monument of Faith, True Hope Church Ministries Int'l and The Hope of Glory Church. He was the beloved son of Alexandria Simmons, and Forest (Nedra) Gaines, and stepson of Randy Simmons. Brother of Caleb, Joshua and Amber Simmons, Forest Gaines, Jr. and Amber Powell. Fiance' of Courtney Beaulieu. Grandson of Yvonne Johnson, the late Earl and Ruby Johnson, and the Late Willie and Iona Simmons. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and the WOD Family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at New Wine Christian Fellowship 1929 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, La on Saturday June 1, 2013 at 10:00AM.
