Sharon and Deloyd,
I can still see Brandon sitting with Sharon at her desk at EEOC when he would meet her there after school. He looked fine in his St. Aug school uniform. David and I both were amazed to hear the wonderful CD Brandon made. He was talented and loved by many during his short time here with us. Brandon is at peace with God and I hope you can find peace to remain together as a family, loving and caring for each other until you are all together again in heaven.

Love, Janice and David Thompson

Aunt Sharon,Uncle Dee, and Dee Dee:
My cousin is relaxing and feeling no pain. He's probably sharing a scrapple sandwich with my daddy!! Brandon reminded me of daddy; very cool, laid back, but hard working. I will miss him, but I know I have another angel watching over me. I love you all.

I will forever cherish the memories I have as a child with excitement that I was going to see my cousins Dee Dee and Brandon! I will always remember his warm and happy spirit. Although I didnt get to see him much in our later years I will always keep the image of his beautiful smile with me. I remember how proud I was when I heard his CD and was beaming with pride because that was "MY COUSIN" with such great talent! I hope the happiness that Brandon brought to so many, will comfort us in this time of sorrow. Love you guys

Dee & Sharon, trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path. Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God. Proverbs:3: 5-6 and 1 John 5:4-5. Praying your strength in the Lord God loves You and so do I .

Dear Mr & Mrs Williams/Deloyd & Family,

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you all. I remember Brandon as the cutest little boy living across the street from me. We would have such a great time as kids fishing for crawfish in the ditches, playing basketball in the yard, & getting together for our family events. I will always remember his smiling face, his sweet spirit, & oh, yeah, that hilarious laugh. I am sadden that I did not get to see & know him in his adult life but will cherish my childhood memories with your family for a lifetime. I will continue to keep your family in my prayers, asking God to give you the strength that you need during this time.

With All My Love & Deepest Sympathy,

Mr.&
Mrs. Williams, Please accept my deepest sympathy over the loss of
your dear son, and my student, Brandon. My wife and I will lift you up
in prayer. I taught Brandon several times and he was always a good
student, but an even better person. He was a young man I greatly
admired. I was flattered that he always came by to visit when he was in
town. His death, while sudden, need not be tragic, because HE lives
which assures us of a better tomorrow if we will love HIS appearance.
Sadly,

Brandon was a class mate of mine this past summer as we progressed through the Alternative Certification program to teach within the Dallas Independent School District. He was always so smiling and happy, I will miss him greatly. Brandon had recently been named "Teacher of the Month" at his school, South Oak Cliff. I know all of us in this class have been expressing our love and care for this gentle, great young man and when we meet next week for our monthly progress meeting, I will be sure to serve up a hardy "Hip, Hip, Hooray" for Brandon as we rejoice his new life with our Lord. Forever in our prayers -- God Speed, dear Brandon!

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. We also had a bond because he is an "EEOC" child. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the difficult days ahead.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
