Our sincere condolences to Jerry´s Boys and their wonderful families on their loss, and especially the family of Brendan. We were close neighbors on Factory Road where our children either attended school or played soccer together in younger years. I "coached" Ian and Cavin for several years, but could
never get Brendan involved. He loved books and music more than a soccer ball. We cherish the memories of those wonder years with our kids. So many memories of the boys who we witnessed grow into young men until we moved to Virginia in 1985. We read Brendan´s obit and were pleased to see he, and his brothers, have done so well in their lives over the decades since our move. Jerry´s Boy´s like our children are spread around the world with families of their own. We are visiting our daughter in Dublin, Ireland and stumbled across this sad news. I had heard Ian was doing radio commentary on the WreXham FC game in Wales from my boys, and was looking for a way to let him know my wife and daughter were at the game. I saw the article on Brandans passing on the internet. We sincerely wish our old Folsom Friends and their families, especially Brendan´s, peace and comfort now in time to come. Love you all, Bless you all. "Coach" Ron and Charlotte Theriot (GA), JeNae (Dublin), Tyler (AZ), and Justin Theriot (AK)

I remember Brendan from Swarthmore. One doesn´t often think of the word "gentleman" to describe a college student, but that´s the term that immediately comes to mind when I think of Brendan. He was always cheerful, always friendly; I never heard anyone say a negative word about him. I remember his singing a couple of Lieder in a music history class; since one of the songs was written from a female point of view, he had taken the time to ask a friend who spoke German to help him change the text so that it would "fit" better when he sang it.

Such an unfailingly nice guy; this is such a shock and a tragedy. My most sincere condolences to his whole family. I´m glad to know he had the joy of having a family of his own.

He took care of my finances for many years and helped me navigate the death of my own husband several years ago. A wonderful man. I was lucky to know him.
