Carl was my Lt for a while in LSP/MCSAP. I was going through a tough period and Carl supported and believed in me. He was an excellent leader and a true friend. As it´s said; "He was the real deal." I never met a more genuine, straight shooting man. You never had to guess where Carl was coming from. He was a Marine, a State Trooper, a leader, an historian, and a true friend. God bless and keep him. May God send His Holy Spirit to comfort Carl´s family and all who morn his passing.
