Carl #1 is SURELY fixin' something up in heaven! We have lost one of the sweetest people on this earth, but I rejoice in the fact that he touched my life for over 20 years and will continue to do so.
My heart is always with Ernestine, Carl #2, Carl #3, Lauren, and Leah.

God has a way of easing all pain. "Pop's" memory will live on in the hearts of all those whose lives he touched. He has worked a long time and has now received his just reward. "I'm going to miss you Pops"

Ernestine, Carl, Jr. & Carl, III, Lauren & Leah - You're all in my thoughts & prayers at this time. I worked w/Carl at the LA Supreme Court for nearly 20 years. I was fortunate enough to have had many conversations with him and I can honestly say he was one of the kindest people I've ever known.
Carl was so very proud of his family and was not afraid to say so. He would tell me of gifts he had bought for Ernestine, always filling me in on Carl Jr.'s latest accomplishments and, of course, telling me of stories of the grandchildren. I was a single mother raising two sons and Carl frequently asked about my boys. For Mother's Day one year he gave me an ivy plant, a piece of which I still have today. One of my special rememberances of Carl is the day we were talking about tulips and he said, you mean "Holland Roses"? I, since that day, always think of Carl when I see "Holland Roses".
Heaven's light shines brighter, today, with the addition of such a special person.
My every thought of Carl does and will continue to be fondly remembered.
May God be with all of you at this time.
Sincerely,
Cyndi Hendricks

It is with warmest regards I mourn with you the passing of your husband, father, and grandfather. I celebrate with you in his life as a Scout Master and his belief in young people. Mr. LeBlanc was always so giving in an unselfish manner to the community and to people. He greeted everyone with a kind word and a smile.
My you find comfort in knowing so many people admired him, and looked up to him.
