CJ was my friend, we met when I was seventeen. He was there when I left for Vietnam and he was there when I came hone. I loved him! He loved his wife Darnell and there son Dax and his partner Foster. He taught me how to play pool and hearts. He was proud of his family! His brothers Michael and his wife Peggy and their children Michael and Tina. He loved Joseph and Carol.He would do anything for his family! I will never forget him. He had a giants heart in a mans body. I will miss you Carlo!

Darnell & Dax, I will never forget how wonderful & funny CJ was. I remember all the good times when I would stay by your house hanging out with Dax and our friends and CJ would joke and pull pranks on us! He was very special. I will always have great memories of him. So sorry for your loss. Just remember that love lives forever. Chad

Darnell, Danny has said that some of the best times he has had on fishing trips was when it was just CJ and him talking about their wives. Danny has told me many time how much CJ would say he loved you and how you were everything to him. Danny found it so refreshing to see a man so utterly in awe of his life and wife. Kenny talked with CJ many times about getting on the fire dept. Upon hearing that CJ died, Kenny's first words were "Now I can't tell him if I ever get on and he was the first one I wanted to share it with". He was a sweet, sweet man. There was a glow and laughter that surrounded him. I'm so sorry for your loss. Danny, Kenny and I will miss him greatly.
