Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 4337 Sal Lentini Blvd. in Kenner on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Go Fund Me account at www.gofundme.com/j0911g. Online condolences may be offered at www.gardenofmemoriesmetairie.com.

Mr. Carlos was a wonderful neighbor and friend. He always had a kind word to say and was so sweet to our son Everett. We loved stopping to speak to Mr. Carlos on our walks. He was the kind of neighbor who made you feel very welcome. We will all miss him very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Castillo family at this difficult time.

Todos lamentamos esta gran perdida de un ser tan amado .Es un dolor tan grande pero no se rinda Dios puede ayudarlos a superar lo que estan pasandom.El mismo nos dice en Isaias 41:10 No tengas miedo por que estoy contigo no mires por todos lados por que soy tu Dios .....y Juan 11:25 Jesus dijo: Yo soy la resurreccion y la vida el que ejerce fe en mi aunque muera llegara a vivir. Daddy it breaks my heart to see this. I keep hoping this is a nightmare that I just keep waking up to. I love and miss you more then anything. I hope you knew how much I loved you. I really wish I could have had just a little more time with you. I still don't understand how this could happen. Kiley tells me it's okay to cry because she knows you are in heaven. She also says we will you again which does make me feel a bit better. Christmas won't be the same without you. I hope you will still be there with us somehow.
