Carol Estrade Murphy

1943 - 2021

Carol Estrade Murphy made her last wildly sarcastic comment on Thursday, November 11, 2021. She was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Carol loved to travel with her family and friends particularly on various cruise lines. She is basically on another adventure in travel today. Carol worked in the office of Kehoe - France School and Camp for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertrand & Carolyn Estrade, and her brother Bertrand (Randy) Estrade. Beloved mother of Kelly Murphy Nagy and Blake Michael Murphy (Erin). Grandmother of Alexandra O. Nagy and Zachary L. Nagy. She was devoted to her grandchildren and enjoyed spending her time with them. She loved them even more than she loved a glass of Pinot Noir… and that is saying something. She will be missed by her family, friends, and neighbors. According to Carol's wishes a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
