I miss coming home and talking to you. Telling you all the little things the kids do and say. Also, miss you calling me and telling me what you need at the grocery. Some days are better than most but the pain is still there. You used to tell us..."One day you're going to miss me". I never dreamed it would be so soon and hurt so much!

Dear Mama Carol, I miss you so much that I cant even find the words to describe how I feel. You have been in my life so long that I cant even remember you not being there for me. My children and I have been so blessed to have you and we love you dearly and always will. I know you must be happy because you are now with Fatty (Maw Maw), Uncle Buddy and Uncle Ferdie. Maw Maw,
We were so blessed to have you in our lives. I feel even more blessed because my children got to meet you, hug you, kiss you and share in my joy of having you as a Maw Maw.
Thanks for being such an exemplary woman, wife, mother, and Maw Maw. Thanks for always making time to come visit us. The boys were always so happy to play with you and to talk to you.
Thanks for teaching them how to say bad words. There is no one that I would have liked them to learn that from, except for you! Now every time they curse it makes me smile, and I know that's wrong, but I remember that you taught them and it makes me happy.
The last time we went to visit you, the boys brought home a piece of your butterfly plant and some caterpillars. For the last few days that we have been playing outside, every time a butterfly flutters by, they say “Look, it's MawMaw!” I assure them that you'll always be in our hearts, and that you're our angel now.
May you rest in God's hands and until we meet again, we love you so much.
Kiss Fatty for us.
-Stacy
