Catherine L. Jenkins

Catherine L. Jenkins, age 91, a resident of Riverside, CA since 2005, she moved there after Katrina to be near her children and their families. A native of New Orleans, LA who on March 10, 2014 entered eternal rest. Mother of Gloria Shipp of Santa Ana, CA and Elvin Jenkins, Jr. of Riverside, CA, and the late Leon Jenkins. Grandmother of Elvin Jenkins, III and Tyrone L. Shipp. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Elvin Jenkins, Sr. Sister of Samuel, Elizabeth and Payton London, Jr., Maggie Barker and Martha Wade. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Charbonnet-Labat-Glapion funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip St., NOLA for 12:00 noon.
