Chance Tyler "Forever Young" LeBlanc entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at the young age of 23. Beloved and loving son of Michelle Frydl Manno. Step Son of Tony Manno. Loving Son of Breck Forestier. Loving Grandson of George and Betty Frydl; Janet Manno and the late Anthony Manno, Sr.; Edwina Forestier and the late Ronald Forestier, Sr. Beloved brother of Mandy Prejeant, Breck Forestier II and Destiny Manno. Uncle of Keira Bankston. Chance is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Chance was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved out door activities especially fishing, four wheeling and snowboarding in Pennsylvania. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA, on Monday, December 7, 2015, from 6 PM until 10 PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, from 10 AM until 1 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1 PM.
