Charles Eugene "Gene" Manson

MANSON Charles "Gene" Eugene Manson passed away peacefully at his residence in Chateau de Notre Dame on September 10, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Georgia Hannie Manson. Father of Steven Manson, Nick Manson, Perry Manson. Grandfather of two children. Stepfather of Joseph Brocato (Donna), Hedy Brocato, Brenda Brocato Farrell (Pat) and Step-grandfather of eight children. Gene was a U.S. Navy veteran, a commander of the American Legion Post 350, and an active volunteer for years with the V.F.W. and the S.L.A.C. He will be missed by family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at GREENWOOD FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5200 Canal Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124 on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 2:30 p. m.
