The Bulldog as we knew him was one of the best Commanders I had on NOPD. My wife Caren and I would go camping with the Bulldog and his family along with other officers and their families at Lake Ramsey. It was the best times of our life. Earlier today at Zuppardos I found a fifth of Yukon Jack and when I barbecue this weekend I'm going to have a toast to the memory of Bulldog. May you Rest in Peace.

Captain Charles Noulett was my 1st commanding officer while he was a Lt. in the original 8th District in 1967. Over the years in my 31 year career I came to realize how lucky I was to landed on his platoon. I have thought about him many times during my retirement. My deepest sympathy to Captain Noulett's family. Sgt. Jimmy S. Aucoin, NOPD Retired

Paw Paw although you recently passed we miss you each and every day. Please look down on us and keep us strong as a family, for we will need it especially with holidays just around the corner! Nothing will be the same especially holidays but guide us in the right direction and may me be there for maw maw and for each other and may holidays still be meaningful and pleasant. Love you always
