My you rest in heavenly peace. This is hard pill to swallow but I choose to remember all of the good times we had as a family. We always knew we were sure to have a good time when we got together. I tear up every time your name is mentioned or a picture is posted but I find comfort in knowing that you are now with our lord and savior and that Auntie was there waiting with open arms for you. God only takes the best so he decided that he needed yall and I'm also okay with that. I love you guys. Rest in peace our king Chester Pichon

To Penny and my GodChild Chester Jr.
Your father was a wonderful person. He practically grew up in the Bartholomew household on St Anthony Ave alone with 10 children of Omer and Odeal Bartholomew. He paid for my first prom dress and tiara and told me I looked like a queen. He was like my brother and I was proud when he asked me to serve as Godmother to Chester Jr. I will miss him so much and will never forget the positive impact he made on my life. Your father is safe in God's Hands!

Chester is my godfather and I love him very much. He will be remembered by all of Omer and Odeal Bartholomew"s children. He played a big part in our lives when we were young and he will always remain in our hearts Rest in God's glory godfather. Terry Bartholomew

It will be the little things
that you will remember,
the quiet moments,
the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem
hard right now,
it will be the memories
of these little things
that help to push
away the pain
and bring the smiles
back again.

May you find strength in the love of family and in the warm embrace of friends.

I am grateful to God that I was afforded the opportunity to meet Uncle Chester. Thanks for accepting me and treating me like a daughter. Even though, I wasn't the best cook, you ate my corn bread dressing a few years ago and didn't talk about me. You will truly be missed. I love you.
