I am sorry we had to lose Cletis, the way we all did but one thing. I know that he will be a very special angel for all the young ones in our family and I pray everytime they think about doing wrong that they hear their special angel whispering in their ears.We all misses u very much but god needed u the most.Rest on baby see u in heaven and tell all my luv ones hello and especially my mother tell her i miss her very much also.

Words can't express the hurt and pain I feel for you guys. Cletis was a very sweet, smart, and respectable person(lord knows he will be missed). The one thing I remember most about him is he always was in front of his house playing basketball everytime I went on southern court. I'm really gonna miss you Cletis!!!

Ann & Cletis Jessie, Sr., we are sorry to hear about your experience in family life with the unexpected loss of Cletis, Jr. Cletis Jr. was definitely a light that went out to soon. I thank GOD for Ann & Cletis, Sr.'s ministry in the community and the way that Cletis, Jr. was raised. They opened their home to Cletis Jr.'s friends in the community and everyone that crossed their path. They truly exhibited the love of GOD with everyone they came in contact with. Our hearts are heavy for your tragic loss. Ann & Cletis please remind the family to continue to kneel in prayer so that they may forever STAND. Sorry we can't be with you during the homegoing celebration of life for Cletis Jr. We thank GOD for you and your ministries in the Avondale and Westbank communities. Thanks for caring, sharing and being there!

Many,many years ago, our boys went to school together at Westbank Catherdal and played on the basketball team. We were very sorry to here about Cletis; He was a lovely child and grew up to be a fine young man. Javan, said he saw him recently, and he appear to be happy and enjoying himself.
Hold on to God's unchanging hand and he will give you strength to go on.

Austin was speaking of what a beast Cletus was at playing basketball, and how everyone always wanted to play on his goal in front of your house. I didn't know Cletis but we both were members at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church and we both were members of the Music Ministry. He was such a polite young man and always had a pleasant look about him. He will be missed at church. He was a very special young man and loved by many. Words can not express my undying sorrow. I have lost my best friend, I have lost my brother. No one can ever fill the empty void in my heart. I know Clet may not be with us in physical state, but I know he will watch over us every day as an angel onside of the Lord. I remember just two summers ago when Clet came to visit me and he made me laugh and smile so hard. We had a ball. I will always remember him in that way... the comedian and brother that teased me so. My prayers are with Momma Ann and Papa Clet and the rest of the family. I love you, and I'll always love and miss my lil Clet. Time will bring us all back together again. God Bless.
