JOHNSON Clyde Louis ""Longhead'' Johnson, Sr. departed this life on October 5, 2006 at the age of 52 in Alexandria, La. He was born in Waterproof, La. and lived in New Orleans for many years. Survivors include 2 sons, Clyde Jr. and Claude; 1 daughter Josie Johnson; his mother Jennie Johnson; father Wilson Johnson. 6 sisters and 5 brothers-in-law: Mildred Zanders(James, Sr), Emma Johnson, Elaine Franklin(Elder Lee Earl Franklin), Dorothy Paul(Karbin,Sr), Beulah Casmere(Van), and Denise Gatlin(Jo-Nathan), 1brother Wilson Edward Johnson, 14 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of St. John, Evening Star and Franklin Ave. Baptist churches, True Vine COGIC, Rev. Brown of Prayer Tower COGIC and Employees of Touro Infirmary Hospital, RTA and K & P Construction are all invited to attend funeral services at Prayer Tower COGIC 8708 Willow St. on October 14, 2006 at 10am. Visitation will begin at 9am. Minister Jermaine Zanders, Officiating. Final resting place in Mt. Olivet. Majestic Mortuary in charge in arrangements.

To the Johnson Family weeping may endure for a night ,but joy will come in the morning. My heart goes out to your family, but GOD has control of everything. So keep your faith in him, and know that he makes no mistake. Love ya'll.
