Ms. Cynthia Marie Kennedy was born January 29, 1951 To The Proud Parents of Mr. James Kennedy, Sr. and Mrs. Dolores Marie Zeno Kennedy. Cynthia Was The First Born of Nine Children. Her siblings are James Jr., Paula Gail, Tyrone, Gregory, Gerald, Terrence, Latanya, and Jacqueline Kennedy. And one stepbrother Nelson Ward. She has one daughter Kian Cyntrell Kennedy and one grandchild Delorian Marie Kennedy. Cynthia was baptized at an early age at Greater Antioch B. C. by The Late Pastor Alfred C. Moore. Cynthia was Educated at The University of New Orleans Where she Received her Bachelor's Degree. She was Employed by The Federal Government Passport Agency; where she retired after 40 years. She had many elevating positions and promotions. She was an Examiner, Adjudicator, Passport Specialist, Team Leader, and Supervisory Passport Specialist. Cynthia was a loving family member and friend to everyone. She was a loving and devoted friend to Mr. Harold Robinson for many years. She transitioned on Sabbath, July 10, 2021 at 13:13. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, great and great great. She Will Be Missed and Loved By Us All. Homegoing Celebration will be Sabbath July 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at D. W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70125. Interment: Providence Memorial Park Cemeter, Metairie, LA. Due to Covid-19 everyone in attendance is required to wear a mask.

Condolences to the Kennedy Fsmily, Loving memory of a wonderful person. Cynthia was not only my supervisor, mentor, co worker, but a true friend. I work with her at the Passport Center for many years and we often kept in touch. I offer a prayer that God above will comfort the family and ease the loss you bear. Thank you Cyn for all the lovely memories we shared, you will always be in my heart.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I gave known Cynthia for 34 years at my early started years at Passport, she was one of my mentors, friend, and as a second mom instructor, that gave me good advice in Life. Thanks Cynthia.
