Cynthia was a star in our Memoirs class at People Program. I always looked forward to hearing her stories about family and childhood growing up within the culture of New Orleans. I love the dishes she brought to our parties. In our books, we can still read her engaging stories. We can also read her recipe for for her delicious candy cake. I´ll miss Cynthia and will always remember her as a kind and loving woman.

So saddened to hear of your passing. You were always kind and welcoming to me and my family, and I´m glad we were able to spend time together the last time we were visiting Nola. Prayers to my brothers, nieces and nephew during these hard times, and deepest condolences to the Thibodeaux family.
