While I didn't know Danny well, every interaction I had with him during my time at Hibernia was excellent.
He was a fine employee and a class act.

Uncle Danny was like a second father to me, and he was my moral compass. He will be greatly missed. My wife, children and I will be forever grateful that he was a part of our lives. The Gilmore family sends its sincere love and condolences to his family.

I only recently met Danny and Linda at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center but I can honestly say he would light up the waiting room with his warm personality. Even though it was just a short time of knowing Danny and Linda, I feel blessed to have met them. Danny brought sunshine to Mary Bird.

I had the honor of working with Danny aka: "Dangerous Dan" at Hibernia National Bank. He was a man for all seasons and a mentor to many. He will be missed by us all.

Sincere condolences to the Dunn family. Danny was a great boss during time I worked with him at HIbernia Bank Business Banking in Metairie. His laughter was loud & contagious and was just as big as his heart. He loved his family above everything else. Rest In Peace Danny!

Danny Dunn was a great man. I worked with him at Hibernia Natl Bank, as well as attend church at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and usually sit in the same area.
I will miss seeing him at church.

I had the honor of working under Chief Dunn in the early 80's. I learned a great deal from him that helped me in my LEO career. He was a very kind soul and will be missed by many. I am grateful for the times we had. Rest is Peace Sir, prayers for you and your family.
