David Le Bon Obituary

David J. Le Bon passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the age of 74. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Kenner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lucille Le Bon. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandy of almost 53 years; his children, Michelle Gardner (Craig), Roslyn Lacrouts (Larry) and Michael Le Bon (Stephanie); siblings, Walter Le Bon (Linda), Beverly Bulligan (Johnny), Marilyn Sunseri (Joe), Elaine Kelly and Roland Le Bon (F'Liss); grandchildren, Kelsey Pollock (Zach), Stephanie Gardner, Stacey Gardner, Ethan Le Bon, Isabella Le Bon, Jessica Dupre (Josh), Alexah Lacrouts and Kasey Lacrouts; and many nieces and nephews. David was born on October 27, 1943 in New Orleans. He graduated from John McDonough Senior High School. David worked at American Can Company for years and Prager Incorporated until he retired. He was also a member of the Army National Guard. He enjoyed reading and listening to music while sitting out by his pool. He loved attending Cruising the Coast, car shows, and concerts of his favorite singers. He enjoyed his daily walks at the mall with his wife. He and Sandy loved taking the kids on family vacations every year and always had memorable experiences and funny stories to tell. He adored his family, especially his grandchildren. The family would like to thank Chateau Living Center and Hospice Associates of Greater New Orleans. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at L. A. My heart goes out to Aunt Sandy and Michelle, Roz and Michael and their families. I have many happy memories of Uncle Dave, he loved to make people laugh and that's what I will remember about him. No words I could ever say could take away the pain ya'll are experiencing I just wanted you to know I am thinking about all of you and praying for strength for you to get through this hard time.
