David Rowan Obituary

David was born on November 15, 1987 to the union of David Rowan Sr. and Stephanie Davis. He departed this life peacefully on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Hermann Memorial Hospital in Houston, Texas. David was baptized at an early age at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. He was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. During his adult years, he resided in Houston, Texas. He attended Stuart R. Bradley Elementary, Pierre A. Capdau Middle, and John F. Kennedy High School. David leaves to cherish his memory, his loving parents, David Rowan, Sr. and Stephanie Davis. His only son whom he was very close to, David Rowan III. Three loving siblings, LaToya, Derek, and Cherrelle Rowan. Four beautiful nieces that affectionately called him Uncle Dee, Jermyrie, WaynAsia, Jer'Toya (Minnie), and Dash Rowan. His aunts, Gloria J. Davis (Will), Patricia Morse (William), and Sandra Ramee. His uncles Kevin Davis (Linda), Bishop Jackie L. Rowan, Sr. (Linda), Ronald Rowan, Sr. (Rose), Dennis Rowan, Sr. (Antionette). His god-parents, Darnell House and the late Tony Dukes and his devoted son's mother, Keela. David was preceded in death by his grandparents: Edward L. and Bessie Jean Rowan and Earl J. and Gloria D.
