Doris Nelson Obituary

Covington - DORIS M. NELSON, 53, shift manager for McDonald, died Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at St. Francis Hospital. Visitation from 1-8 p.m. Friday, at Barlow Funeral Home. Family hour from 6-8 p.m. the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, November 26 at Greater St. John Baptist Church. Burial in Townsend Cemetery. Mrs. Nelson, wife of William Nelson, was a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church, 1970 graduate of Frazier High School. She leaves two daughters, Kenitha Yarbrough and Demetris Nelson, both of Covington; stepdaughter, Felecia Nelson of Memphis; a son, Eric McGee of Covington; stepson, Aaron Nelson of Memphis; six sisters, Marian Clemons, Bonnie Adams, Barbara McGee, Debra Adams, Marva Booker, all of Covington, Linda McGee of Queens, NY; three brothers, Charles McGee of Baltimore, MD, Maurice Booker and Clarence Booker, both of Covington; four grandchildren.
