RICHARD Edward Richard Sr. departed this life on September 18, 2013 at the age of 95. He was the loving husband of Emma Gene Jefferson Richard. Father of Edward (Gerry), Stanley (Melvia), Terry (Kathy), and Geraldine (Alton). Devoted uncle to Roxann Parker Johnson (Lyle) that he raised. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in law, other relatives and friends. Godfather of Einhoj R. Payne. He was preceded in death by his first wife Eliza Richard, parents Rebecca and Randy, 3 brothers Earl, Junior, and Richard, 5 sisters Iola, Becky, Rose Mary, Dorothy, And Susie. Relatives and friends of the family, pastor, officers and members of St. Bernard Community Baptist Church, priest and parishioners of St. Maria Goretti C.C., St. Paul the Apostle C.C., Rosedale M.B.C. and the former First Thessalonians M.B.C. are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Bernard Community Baptist Church, 3938 St. Bernard Avenue on Monday September 23, 2013 at 10:00 am., Rev.
