Borden - I have only just heard about LouLou. I'm so sorry. She was a radiant person, charming and so lovely to me. She encouraged me and helped me begin painting again. I looked forward to my time with her every week. What a loss for your family and for her friends.

To the Tidmore Family:
On behalf of the Fortier Class of 1962, I send our deepest sympathy on the recent passing of our friend and classmate, LouLou. I was the Editor of the 1961 and 62 Tarpon Yearbooks and LouLou worked closely with me on the art work for the yearbooks. She was always so enthusiastic in all her undertakings and loved producing beautiful artwork. Each classmate who has a yearbook has inherited a rare jewel by having LouLou's artwork to remember.

As her young nephew in the 1980's, she always made me feel cared for and handsome, through her hospitality while playing with cousins and her numerous compliments on my young self's accomplishments. I already miss her very much but I know that she is lighting up the heavens with her beautiful art and beautiful soul. May the Lord enjoy this wonderful woman as much as we all did.

To my wonderful big sister. Lou Lou was always very kind to me. I will miss her very much. I was glad I got to see her and be with her so much when I was in the States in Oct.20014. Chris and Borden,
We are very sorry for your loss. We loved LuLu. She was always a hoot to be around. She was a great aunt and sister. I donated to Louisiana Living History Foundation in her honor on the behalf of Lucie. My mom and I are very glad we got to see her in October and spend some time with her while in NOLA. She will be missed!

Borden and Christopher, my heart hurts. LouLou was a wonderful person. I loved spending time with her playing our board games and cards together. She was a master at sharades by the way. She will be well missed . Love Lisette ( as she would say, " her Barbie Doll Zet"!

She was a charming and sweet lady and I loved the times we spent together playing bridge and socializing at various events. Her jokes were renown and delivered so well. She will be missed

LouLou was a wonderful person. She and Milton Zelman did all the art work for our Fortier High School year book and newspaper. Aside from being a wonderful artist, she was a beautiful person. She will be missed.
