MASSEY Ella Massey departed this life at her residence on Monday, December 14, 2009. Wife of Anderson C. Massey, Sr. Mother of Katherine Irvin, Gertrude Williams both of Baton Rouge, LA., Charlotte Mack of Knoxville, TN., Pricella Clayton of Lawton, OK., Constance Johnson of Harvey, LA., Ava Richardson of Baton Rouge, LA., Desirai Smith of Harvey, La., Felton Ware Of Tucson, AZ., and Anderson C. Massey Jr., of Baton Rouge, LA. Aunt of James Lewis of CA. Also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age 83 years, a native of Ethel, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Progressive Ministries and Christian Life Bible Church of Gretna, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Progressive Ministries, 437 Cohen St., Marrero, La., on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Sterling Mealancon officiating.
