My condolences to all the Soule family and Frank Family on the passing of Elois Frank Souls, a dear cousin whom I saw with my wife Betty and my middle Daughter Darcel Arlene Cosgrove on March 16th. She was so jolly and glad to see us. It was our pleasure to visit with her.

I am truly sorry to hear about this sad news regarding Ms. Soule. My thoughts and prayers are with the family members. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for recognizing the RE Children's Project to commemorate her life. At a more appropriate time I would like to understand the connection to RE.
