Frances M. Montelius

Frances M. Montelius, Homemaker, Mother and Grandmother, passed away September 19, 2002 at 9:19 AM. She was 76 years of age. Frances was born April 21, 1926 in Garyville, Louisiana and lived in Marrero for 13 years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Gilbert H. Montelius, Sr. Her son, Frank J. Borne, Sr. of Mississippi, her daughter, Susan A Montelius, and her son Wayne P. Montelius, Sr., both of Marrero, as well as three grandchildren, Frank J. Borne, Jr. of Gretna, Hollie S. Crappel and Wayne P. Montelius, Jr., both of Marrero. She is also survived by three siblings, two brothers, Joseph C. Miano and Frank Miano, both of Reserve and a sister, Rosemary Giardina, of Donaldsonville. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Sancetta Miano, her father, Frank Miano, and her brother, Sam F. Miano, all of Garyville. She will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA. on Saturday, September 21, 2002 at 11 A.M. Interment will be Private. A visitation will be held in the chapel on Saturday morning from 9 A.M. until service time.
