Freddie Young III

Freddie Young, III went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the age of 61. Son of the late Freddie Young, Jr. and Helen Babin Young. Father of Courtney McAllister-Young, Taryn McAllister-Young and the late Jaisa McAllister-Young. Brother of Maude A. Young, Betty Y Haynes, Lorraine Young, Melissa Y. Allen, Lee Y. Morris, Helen Y. Stewart, Fredrick Young, the late Veronica, Tiffany and Patrick Young. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A native of White Castle, LA and a resident of LaPlace, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of True Light Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at True Light Baptist Church, 258 South Little Hope Street, Garyville, LA on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Sam Jones, III, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation at the above named church with the family from 10:00 AM until service time ONLY. Burial will be private.
