George Hernandez Obituary

HERNANDEZ Sr., George, 80, of San Antonio, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003 at his home. He is survived by his wife: Rita Hernandez, San Antonio; son and daughter-in-law, George Jr. and Virginia Hernandez, San Antonio; one sister, Grace Suarez, Tampa; five grandchildren: Yvette Farias, Erica Hernandez-Fernandez, Irene Brasington, Amado Rocamora II, Robert Rocamora; eight great grandchildren: Ricky Farias, Javier Farias, Vicente Fernandez, Robert Brasington, Trey Rocamora, Jacob Rocamora, Joshua Rocamora, Mia Rocamora; and his nieces and nephew: Mary, Jerry, and Nancy Suarez. He was preceded in death by one son, Amado Rocamora and his brother, Adrian Hernandez. He was born August 21, 1923 in Tampa, and moved to the San Antonio area 22 years ago from Tampa. He was a retired foreman for Consolidated Box Co. and was a Catholic. The family wishes to express their thanks to Hernando-Pasco Hospice for their loving and dedicated care.
