Grace M. Williams at the age of 92 departed this life on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Grace was a retired paraprofessional with the Jefferson Parish School System. Devoted mother of Myrna T. (Joseph, Jr.) Landry, Lynette C. Theodore, and Marcus C. (Verna) Theodore. Loving grandmother of Avery and Jonathan Drake. Adopted grandmother of Marlo Ingram, Leroy Riley, Jr., and Sean Riley. Daughter of the late James J. "Jimmy" Williams and Lola Taylor Williams. Sister of the late Charles J. Williams, Joan W. Brooks, and Marva L. Williams. Aunt of Dr. Guy Williams, Gregory Williams, Huguette V. Jones, Jessica Tatum, and the late Christopher Williams, and Draselle Vincent. Devoted friend of more than 50 years Joyce Royal Simmons, also survived by her 2 road buddies Arlene McKay, Barbara Daniels, and a host of other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Regular Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to a Celebration of Life at Regular Baptist Church, 901 5th St. Gretna, LA on Saturday October 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor T.
